What are scratch maps and how do they work?
Scratch maps (or scratch off maps) allow you to log your world travels by scratching off a top foil layer of the place you’ve visited, revealing a colorful detailed map underneath. Use a coin or your nail to scratch away the foil to create a 100% personalized map of the world that is perfect for framing and displaying in your home. It's so addicting, you'll be inspired to book more travel just to scratch your destination away on your map.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, add your chosen product or products to your cart. Once you are ready to place your order, go to the checkout icon at the top right of the page and you will be prompted to proceed to checkout. Our checkout process is safe and secure and your information will never be shared without your permission. After you input your delivery address and payment information, your order will be complete and you will receive an email confirmation with full details.
What about shipping?
Standard shipping to the U.S. is always Free. We love our customers from all over the world, but unfortunately due to customs restrictions there are some countries we can't ship to. If you have questions about shipping to your country please send us a message HERE
Once you place your order, we will begin the processing of your order on the next business day. Orders may take 3-5 days to process. Your order will be shipped the next day after processing.
The estimated delivery time for most orders is approximately 2-3 weeks. Please note that World Map Co cannot guarantee delivery dates due to customs regulations, however, we will keep you updated and informed of your delivery progress via email tracking.
We want to get you your order as quickly as possible, so please verify your shipping address is correct before completion of checkout.
What if my order is wrong or damaged?
That is a pain, and we want to make it right for you! Send us a message HERE within 7 days from delivery and let us know the problem, and we will get you taken care of. We want to make sure all of our customers are happy and satisfied with their experience.
